Vaishali is an negotiator officer, is designated to talk to an unknown person identified as Nathuram Godse who is kidnaps many prominent businessmen and the SP Sameer. Vaishali talks with Godse as the police encircle his headquarters in a hidden island. Godse advises Vaishali to call the Industrial Minister Phani Kumar. After answering a variety of concerns, Phani Kumar reveals that the businesses are actually referred to in the form of “shell companies” that are not even in existence and printed only on paper and can be used to trick jobless individuals for work in exchange for profit.
